We want customers to shop confidently. This policy explains return eligibility, cancellation rules, refund timing, return shipping responsibilities, and how to start a return.
30-Day Return Window
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition received, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, serial-number labels, warranty cards, and included parts.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@lunexaresale.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions and, when required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely. Include all accessories and write the RMA number inside the package when one is issued.
- Ship the package using a trackable service. Items sent without return authorization may be delayed or refused.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Cost
- Our error, damaged-on-arrival, or defective item: we provide return instructions and cover standard return shipping when the claim is approved.
- Customer preference, wrong item ordered, or compatibility issue: the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise by support.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to contact@lunexaresale.com. Orders can usually be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process after delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, modification, improper installation, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair.
- Products missing serial numbers, IMEI numbers, UPC labels, accessories, or original packaging.
- Downloadable software, digital codes, activated subscriptions, gift cards, and final-sale clearance items when clearly marked.
- Hygiene-sensitive accessories that have been opened or used, unless defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Address
Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by support after approval. Do not ship products to the business office address unless support specifically instructs you to do so.
